The problem
we solve
Running a mission generates an enormous amount of information, and very little of it is where you need it when you need it. Operating procedures, past anomaly records, flight documentation and telemetry streams all hold answers, but they sit in different systems, different formats, and often different languages. When something happens, an operator has to find the relevant precedent, the right procedure, the meaning behind a telemetry pattern, and has to do it under time pressure, with incomplete information.
The knowledge exists. The problem is reaching it fast enough, and trusting it once you do.
Use cases
_Documentation search
Turning scattered mission documentation, procedures, anomaly records and flight documents, into a single queryable knowledge base.
- Unified source: documentation combined into one base, regardless of original format or language.
- Natural language retrieval: relevant material surfaced directly, without manual search across archives.
- Source-linked answers: every result traced back to the exact document it came from.
_Telemetry analysis
Making sense of the continuous streams of telemetry a satellite produces.
- Pattern and anomaly surfacing: patterns and anomalies operators are responsible for monitoring identified directly from the stream.
- Real-time visibility: what matters surfaces as it emerges, as data is produced.
- Historical matching: a current reading connected to similar events in the mission’s history.
How we do it
#Predictive Intelligence
#Knowledge & Reasoning
In an operations room, an answer that can’t be trusted is worse than no answer at all. Every response is anchored to a verifiable source, so an operator can always check where an answer came from before acting on it. Underneath, retrieval and language models combine with the mission’s own knowledge: hybrid search across scattered and multilingual sources, re-ranking to surface what actually matters, and reasoning grounded in validated documentation.
The same rigour extends to telemetry, where analysis is built to flag what is real and operationally relevant, filtering out statistical noise. Because mission data cannot leave its environment, these systems run fully on-premise, inside the perimeter the customer controls.
